Question for Jehovah's Witnesses: Organisation

Someone once claimed that if something is organised, it is therefore an organisation.

My question for Jehovah's Witnesses (based on the fact that they have an almost worshipful obsession with the concept of "God's visible, spirit-directed organisation", even believing that association with said organisation is needed for salvation) is this; if I keep my sock drawer organised, does that make my sock drawer an organisation?

Question for Jehovah's Witnesses: Spirit-Direction?

Jehovah's Witnesses are taught by the Governing Body that the Watch Tower Society is Jehovah's "spirit directed" organisation.

My question is, how does the Spirit direct it?
